see contacts at lower left pane???

in outlook express i used to be able to view contacts in lower left beneath
my folders. is this possible in outlook?

While, as Russ said, it's not possible in Outlook, you can certainly open
your Contacts folder in a separate window and tile it as you wish near the
Inbox window. If you then close Outlook with File>Exit, Outlook should
remember you had both windows open and reopen them when you next start it.
