Select Like

Is is possible to develop a Select Like or Select Similar icon.

I often have many objects which have the same properties but are usually
hidden behind other objects, so being able to select one and then 'select
like' would be great!

Future development?

Thanks

Dean,
I am working on an add-in which offer something similar and more. I could
let you know when it's ready for beta if you are interested.

Was it Lotus Freelance that started the "select > like" thing. It was very
good

Shyam,
If you want me to test it (break it), send it over here when it is ready.
This is an awesome cool idea for an add-in!

What have I started ! ;)

It was the Freelance 'select like' that I remember with great affection.
Also is it CorelDraw that has a very powerful (possibly too much) 'select
like', where it is possible to choose which property(ies) to select upon?
Thanks

Definately - too many choices - so little time
