How do you address a group e-mail to a group of recipients without any of the
names appearing and only having undisclosed recipients in the address box?

list of recipients in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field

Put the group of recipients in the BCC and then put your address in the To header.

With the Microsoft Outlook 2003 I only achieved so, when a created a false
e-mail in my server, such as : undisclosed-recipentsiol.pt, and in the
field: "show as"
I inserted "undisclosed-recipents:", and in the BCC fields all the e-mail
adresses I wanted.

There doesn't appear to be another option, and it's been my experience that
when you try to get the answer to this question everyone thinks you're a
spammer and doesn't want to help any further.

Your two options with Outlook are either to use the Bcc field (which despite
"Cy"'s claim will not automatically get routed to the Junk E-mail folder) or
to use mail merge. There are also third-party mailing programs that can make
use of Outlook's contacts to produce mass mailings. See

When I use the "blind cc" It does not display them in my sned folder. I
need to have proof of the mailing to the recipients. How can I get the
recitpients to display if I do this?

I have received emails from others that have snet mass emailings that only
show my name in "To". There has to be an easy way to do this other than mail
merge.

Outlook will display the contents of the BCC field only in your Sent Items
Folder and only if you have configured the view to contain that field.
