Sometimes, I send an email and realize I need to edit and send it again.

Is there a Send Again action for an email like in Eudora?

Open the email from sent items.
Select Actions --> Resend this Message.

Yes. Open the sent message fully (not in the Reading Pane), edit the
message as desired, then open the Actions menu > Resend This Message.
