Send as and Sent flders

I have a user who is using Outlook 2002 with exchange 5.5. She has 2
additional mailboxes and sends mail as the additional mail box users using
the from field. The problem is that the sent item shows under her mailbox
and not the user that she is sending as.
Is it possible for the mail to display under the correct mailbox, or is this
by design.
