send db records by email

hello.
i have this page that update records in a table and delete others in another
table where a field matches the same value.It was fine to send to owners of
the deleted records that the item was deleted. how can i do that

You will need to hand code a send mail server side script (using say CDOSYS or CDONTS) before you delete the record
