send email from multiple accounts in the same profile

I know how to do this when outlook is in the internet only mode. However, at work we use an exchange server and I want to be able to send email from either my internet email account or my exchange account. I can receive from both but can only send from exchange. Is this a limitation to the software or am I missing something on how to configure outlook correctly.

It's a limitation in the corporate/workgroup mode of OL2000.
