Send Excel Sheet Tab in Outlook 2007

I want to send an Excel 2003 sheet tab using Outlook 2007. It only sends the
whole workbook not the individual sheet tab. This used to work when I used
Outlook 2003.

work when I used Outlook 2003.

One reason might be that when you have mixed versions of the Office suite on
your system, you break the application integration that exists within a
same-version suite.

I thought that might be the case so I tried it with Excel 2007 too and it
doesn't work there either.
