send/receive at startup

How can I get Outlook 2002 to check for new mail
(receive) at startup. The help files indicate it's
possible to set it up to do that - but it doesn't give
any clue about how to do it......any help would be
appreciated.

Tools>Options>Mail Setup
Check Send immediately if you want.
The Command button allows you to schedule send&receive

If you schedule an automatic send/receive to occur every XX minutes, Outlook
will send/receive on startup as well.
