I currently use OutLook 2002 SP2 under WIN-XP SP1. When I crankup OE it
automatically starts the send receive process without attempting to signon
to my default ISP? It will repeatedly retry this function until I issue the
dialin command from my dialer. Is there a simple way to prevent this from
happening? Thanks in advance.....Tom J.
