Send To Blocked By Outlook

After right clicking and choosing send to then mail
recipient i get another window saying Choose Profile with
Microsoft Outlook in the profile name box. I want to be
able to use mail recipient and other features in send to,
however it defaults to Outlook. Send to feature is
unavailable for all pages. How can i repair this issue?
I'm running XP Pro and have removed Office/Outlook from my
system.
Thanks,
Mike

Is Outlook open when you try this?

For the Windows XP-style of Control Panel, it's Control Panel>User
Accounts>Mail. For "Classic View" of Control Panel it's Control Panel>Mail.
You won't find it in Add/Remove Programs.

Brian,
Your going to think i'm a complete idiot. I can't find
mail under control panel>user accounts. I'm running
classic view in XP and can't find anything there either.
More help???? Thanks for your time... Mike

In Classic View, what comes in between "Keyboard" and "Mouse"?
