Send To Inoperative

After right clicking and choosing send to then mail
recipient i get another window saying Choose Profile with
Microsoft Outlook in the profile name box. My send to
feature is unavailable for all pages. How can i repair
this issue? Or possibly a virus issue?

What version of Office/Operating system/Outlook? Is Outlook open when you
try send to?

Currently running XP Pro and have removed Office/Outlook
from my system, however possibly not completely.
