Send To: Mail Recipient (As Attachment)

Using Office 2k Stnd, Outlook 2K with Exchange server. When one
of my users is using Word and clicks on the File/Send To: Mail
Recipient (As Attachment), it opens the default setup for creating a
new account. The other two "Send To's" open Outlook ready for
addressing like it should. Anyone run into this before? I have been
searching in Google and MS Knowledge Base and have come up with
nothing that address this issue. Any Ideas?
