Word 2k send to problem

I have a user that is running Windows 2k and Office 2k Standard.
While in Word, she would click on" File/Send to/Mail Recipient (As
Attachment" and it would open Outlook ready for sending. This option
does not work anymore. When she tries to send now, it opens a box
requesting her name, the one used as in a return address when she
sends an email. If she tries the "Mail Recipient or Mail recipient
(for review) they both open Outlook just fine. I have deleted
Normal.dot and have done a repair install of Office 2k and still
remains the same. Anyone run into this before?
