"Send to...Mail Recipient" does not work in Vista using Outlook 20

I am unable to attach a photo (or any other attachment) to an e-mail on
Outlook 2007 using Windows Explorer in Vista.

For example, with a photo, I right-click, select "Send to....Email
Recipient", select size, slect "Attach", and then nothing happens. A mail
window does not open.

This is also the case when trying to attach ANY file using the right-click
context menu method. Other attach methods work (i.e. "drag-and-drop"), but
this is major issue with photos, since I have very large photo files that
need to be re-sized by Windows before being attrached to Outlook mail.

(I have made Outlook 2007 my defualt mail program in Windows.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
