Sending 2 emails ??

G'day

I am using Outlook 2000 and Exchange 2000.
for some reason when I sent emails to certian addresses
from the CONTACTS FOLDER, other people in the company use
the same contacts info and only one message is
sent/received.



please help. its very annoying.
