Sending a document to a group for editing

I would like to send a word document to a group of folks - starting with one
person on the list to edit the document and then Outlook automatically
forward to the next person on the list. I know it can do this, but can't
remember how. Can anyone help? Greatly appreciated!

How do you know Outlook can do this? It can't. Lotus Notes could do that
IIRC.
