Sending a macro by email

Hi

I need to send a document (table with 2000 lines each with 4 cells) by
email.

The document has no macros but makes reference to a .dot file which has
macros which are needed to operate the table.

There is also a tool bar which is installed on normal.dot to make it easier
to operate the macros.

How to I go about sending all this so that it works at the other end.???

Should I try to combine it all into one document?

I am paticulary confused about the toolbar as this does not appear in Visual
Editor like the macros do?

How can I copy a toolbar?

Any help appreciated

Thanks

Much what I expected but there is one question that remains unanswered.

How do I transfer a toolbar?

The article only says

"For the second category, you do much the same. Copy the code into a fresh
template, along with any additional menu items, toolbars and keyboard
shortcuts that you want to set up to make it easier to access the macros. "

Thanks in advance

Go to Tools, Templates and Add-ins. Click on the Organiszer button. On the
dialog that appears, have normal.dot in one window and open your template in
the other. Click on the Toolbars tab. Select your toolbar in the list in
normal.dot and click Copy.
