Sending a message to a group

Hi,

Is it possible to send a message to a group and have
Outlook sending the message to all the recipients and
having each of them seeing the name of the group as the
recipient and not each individual member of the group ?

Douglas,

First, if you have not done it already, setup a distribution list in
Outlook. When you address the email, put the distribution list in the BCC
(blind carbon copy) line of the email.
