Sending e-mail by users other than default user

I am running Widows xp and Office xp. I have set up
separate user accounts in Windows xp for everyone in the
family and have set up e-mails accounts for them in
Outlook as well. However, only the default user (me) can
send and receive e-mails, the other e-mail accounts can
send but not receive. I have checked with my ISP provider
and they say the problem is not at their end - if I go to
their website I can view the e-mails that the other e-
mail accounts have received, I just cannot get Outlook to
receive them. Any ideas?

Try disabling the firewall (including the one built-in with Windows XP)
and/or virusscanner and try again. If this helps you need to adjust your
firewall/virusscan configuration.

Hope this helps!

Thanks. I'll give that a go.
