Sending Email

[SLM]

I can't send any emails from Outlook. I can receive
emails, though. This problem started about a week ago
and I don't know where to start looking for the problem.
The error message is "0X800CCC0F". Any help would be
GREAT!

Same Problem. Frantically trying to find an answer. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the error message I recieve.

"An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'incoming.verizon.net', Server: 'outgoing.verizon.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 out001.verizon.net connection refused from [4.8.65.179]', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67"

This error message indicates that the server you're trying to send to is
there, but is not currently accepting mail for sending. Either wait and try
again, or contact your ISP.
