Sending Emails to Multiple Addresses

At work I need to sent emails to about 150 people working under me. I have everyone as a contact and in a single mailing list. I've been getting complaints that the emails I send list everyone's email addresses in the 'To:' section. Can I configure Outlook to not show all the addresses?

Put the addresses in the BCC field and your own e-mail address in the To
field.
