Sending emails with Outlook 2007

I posted on this issue before and hoped to resolve issue with a
re-format of hard-drive and complete new installation of Outlook 2007
on my Windows XP laptop. Unfortunately, it did not resolve my issue.

I receive all emails ok, but have problems sending emails to two
domains. Either they seem to go out, but when I check with my client
they don't arrive. Or they immeadiately come back saying:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Test Email
Sent: 10/09/2007 09:31
'(e-mail address removed)' on 10/09/2007 09:31
511 sorry, no mailbox here by that name (#5.1.1 - chkuser)

I have another client who hosts his website with same hosting company
as those two clients. He receives my emails.

The hosting company of my two clients (which is also my hosting
company, I also use their SMTP Server) says that the email bounce back
as the recipient's email address is enclosed in single quotation marks.
I do not enter those, Outlook adds those to any email address I send
out. Also, it seems not to disturb the sending of emails to other
recipient's.

It really disrupts my day to day work (as I said I even went so far to
re-format and install all programs from scratch). Also, I have not
installed anti-virus software yet to see where the problem lies (in one
instance I even disabled the Windows Firewall).

I would appreciate to get some help. Certified2fix gave me lots of
clues before, but I have checked the things he told me...
