Sending large files

I am on dial up and recently having trouble sending larger files. I increased timeout in Outlook user account but that did not help. Any ideas? Thanks!

Your ISP may have a limit.....

I checked - the ISP is not the problem. By the way, using Outlook 2000 on XP home. This is happening even with Office files under 1MB.
