Sending mail to contacts with multiple addresses

I've created a folder with a list of contacts to use for emailing. Each of
these contacts has multiple email addresses. When I send an email to all of
the group, Outlook only includes one email address per contact. How do I
tell it to send an email to every address for each contact I've selected?

Just select each email address individually.

Use the Outlook Address Book to select all the entries from this folder.

(Can't be done from the Contacts Folder--only the Address Book view would
permit this).
