sending Notes Pages other then by fax?

Guurt

Hello All,

I have a client who I want to send the PowerPoint Notes Pages to, as he has
no PowerPoint working yet...
I tried to create PDF, but that only pdf's the slides, not the Notes.
The only way I found yet is by fax...

Is there a way to send or export Notes Pages electronically (and I do not
mean electronically by fax...) so the recepient can see them electronically
too?

Thanx,
Guurt

Hello Guurt,

creating a PDF is normally done by a special printer driver. In the File -
Print dialog you will find a "Print what" field (bottom left), there you can
change "Slides" into "Notes pages" and then start creating the PDF.

Another option is to use File - Send to - Word, where you can also include
the notes in a Word document and format the document as desired. If he has
Microsoft Word, you can mail that document, else use it to create a PDF.

Kind regards,
Ute
