Hello,
I have seen group discussions on how to send Outlook tasks from Access
but I have not seen anywhere if this can be done from Word.
I run many meetings where the minutes and actions are recorded in
Word. I then email these documents to all attendees some of which
regularly fail to complete their tasks / actions. I think this is
sometime due to the fact that people forget to look through the
documents. Is there a way that I can send the tasks / actions
identified during the meeting from the word document as Outlook tasks
so that they always appear in peoples Outlook tasks sections until
they close them down.
