sending pictures on a slide behind art[logo] on/from slide master?

I haven't found a way to send an individual picture on a slide behind art[a logo] which has to be on the slide master. Is this possible?

Matt.

The slide master sits "behind" or "below" everythine on your individual/current slide.

If you really want things to go behind the master...either put your picture on the master.....or copy the master slide
contents to your current slide.

yeah, ok. as i suspected - impossible. a pity as i lose the benefits of being able to automatically change or edit 'master' items for all slides the master is applied to

You can't put anything on an individual slide behind the master stuff, as TAJ
has explained. To expand on his suggestion a bit

On the slide where you want to do this

- Choose Format, Background and put a check next to "Omit background graphics
from master" then click Apply. That removes the master graphics from the
current slide only. DON'T click "Apply to all"

- Choose View, Master, Slide Master. When you see the slide master, press
Ctrl+A to select everything on the master, then Ctrl+C to copy it

- Choose View, Normal or View, Slide (either's fine) to go back to the slide
you're working on

- Press Ctrl+V to paste the master stuff onto the slide. While it's all still
selected, click Draw (in the lower left of the screen) and choose Order, Send
to Bac

- Now select any of the stuff from the master that you don't want and delete
it

Done
