sending the same email approx 50 times

Hi,
I am running windows 2000 and the problem I am having is that when I send
out emails in Microsoft Outlook, the persons recieving my e-mails receives up
to 50 copies of the same email. I have run a Virus check in AVG and also in
Trend PC-Cillon all come up with negative results. I would welcome any
suggestions to rectify this problem.
