sending word form by email

I've created a word form document with user fillable fields. I've added my
email address as a hyperlink at the bottom of the form. However, when I
protect the form, Ctrl-clicking on the hyperlink does not work. How can I get
the hyperlink to work?

You would probably get a better answer, if you posted to a Word newsgroup.
This newsgroup addresses issues with Microsoft Publisher.
