SendObject for Current Record only

I want to email the form information for the current record only. I'm using
HTML format.

Basically I want to "snap a picture" of the form in its current record and
send that "picture" to the mail recipient.

What I get at the moment is the information for every record in a
"spreadsheet" view.

Can this be done?
