Sendung mail from Explorer (shell menu)

Hi

I just migrated from OE to outlook2000. (due to use of my Ipaq )

Why is my mail stuck in the outbox if i sent some documents from the Shell
menu in Explorer ?

Can i avoid having to open the items in my outbox to get the actually sent ?
