Sent email box

We have 3 pc's in the office and two of them can read each
others sents items box. One uses its personal sent items
box but the other 2 pc's cannot see it. How do I
configure them so that all outgoing messages from all pc's
can be seen on every pc.

I have to file all messages and this one pc is bugging
me. Any help would be much appreciated.
