When sending a document via email from Word 2007 & Excel 2007, the message
window opens with the attachment, I compose the message and click send, but
the window stays open and says "This message has not been sent." Outlook
shows the message to be sent, but Word & Excel keeps the window open and will
not close.
This is happening on both an XP Pro machine and a Vista Business Ultimate
machine running Office 2007 Small Business.
Is there a patch or fix for this problem?
It makes it look like the mail is not sent so users are sending the emails
mutliple times.
