Sent file can't be viewed

When click on sent folder it says "unable to view.
Errors have been detected in the file C:\Docs and
settings\Craig P\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst. Quit all email
enabled applications and then use outlook repair tool."
I have over 2000 emails in there, I save everything.
48MB. Can some help me fix this? I can't find a outlook
repair tool and my Dell is only 8 months old.

find and run scanpst.exe.

Are you using an application that accesses outlook data? This could be
stamps.com or similar apps.. I often see this message when I use such apps
and try to update folders while it is accessing the pst or ost.
