"Sent Items" list incomplete

The Outlook "Sent Items" folder only seems to be showing
emails that were either replies or forwards. Messages
originating from this computer are not showing in this
list. Help, I might have to go back to faxing everything!
Any ideas?

Unfortunately, this is already the current configuration.
Also, I have auto-archive set for (default) of 14 days.
Could I have inadvertently set up some rules I didn't know
about? Still at a loss. Will gratefully accept any & all
input.
