Separate Date and Time

Is it possible to separate date and time in different fields? For example, I
would like to create four separate fields: Start Date, Start Time, Finish
Date and Finish Time. Right now the date and time are combined in the "Start"
and "Finish" fields. When I try to format them differently, the changes
affect all the fields. Please help! Thanks.

Hello neesie214,

Insert text fields (Text1, Text2 etc) and add a custom formulas:

To show Start Date: Format([Start], "mm/dd/yy")
To show Start time: Format ([Start], "hh:mm")

Repeat for Finish date/time but substitute [Finish] for [Start]

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Thank you - that does help, sort of. How do I display the time in
non-military format with AM and PM?

Never mind - figured this out by looking at the custom date formulas in
Excel. This was extremely helpful! Thank you!
