Separate Identity in Outlook 2003

How do I set up separate Identities in Outlook 2003. Never used to have a problem with Outlook Express but I can't seem to find how to do it with Outlook 2003. My OH's mails keep coming into my account which they never did when I used Outlook Express.

It's called profiles in Outlook. You can configure them in Control Panel->
mail-> button Show Profiles...
