Separated printing

While printing, Is there a possible way to see the Gantt divided into 2
parts? means that I have a large project (20 years): I have work on the first
year, then 18 years without working and on the last year I have more work. I
don't want to print 20 years of the Gantt! I would like to print the first
year and the last year (with a separated line between them), thanks

You can't hide portions of the timescale. You could copy the Gantt for
the intervals you are interested in and paste them into another document
type and print that. A bit clunky I know.

Hi esti,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Select to Print and in the Printer dialog, select the date range you want
for the beginning of the project. Then repeat for the end of the project.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
