server error cannot open file index.htm.tmp for writting ???

I keep getting this error when I try to save my changed. I did not have a
problem before but I tried to add meta tags. What am I doing wrong please!! I
don't want to rebuild my site.

Tom I have already done that and they say I have only used half of my space
