Server Error

Since applying service pack 3 on Office XP, I get
a "server permanently rejected" error.
What can be causing this? How can I fix it?

The error comes up when sending an email. It appears under
the Outlook Send/Recieve Progress.
It says:
Task (user name) - Sending'reported error (0x800CCC69):'
The server responded: 550 Permanently rejected'
