We are currently switching our users over to Ex2K and Outlook2002 (from
OutlookExpress and ISP POP3)
When we load O2K for the first time we import the users OX personal folders
and contacts.
Recently, one of our users lost contact with the server following such an
import session.
When we start O2K, we get the error message 'Server is not responding' :
retry...
We have even attempted to access the mailbox via OWA, but to no avail !
All the other newly transfered users have no problems logging in via O2K or
OWA
any ideas ?
