Service Pack 1 , installation unsuccessfull help please

Have just waited for Microsoft Service Pack 1 download, 5 hours +, Step 1 of
3 complete. Then Installation Wizard took over, Step 2 of 3 complete. Then
Installation Unsuccessfull.......

Please can you advise me if I can install this manually? Is the downloaded
program still in my computer? Do I need to go through this again? Waiting
another 5 hours for the download?

Please advise.....HELP? Thank You....

Why on earth are you only just installing SP1? Get the free SP2 CD from
Microsoft. It only takes a few days to come.
