Set e-mails to appear in a different colour

In Outlook 2003, where is the option to apply a colour to e-mails whch are
received from a particular person? I'm sure I've seen this setting somewhere
but can't find it now.....

Thank you. This has changed the e-mails to red, however, is there any way
you can change the actual sender's name to red, so it stands out when you are
in 'by sender' view?
