set focus, password and removing toolbar

I am designing a database in Access from office xp and I am very new to this so every detail would be appreciate
How do I go directly in the form screen and by passing eveything else when I open my access file.
How do I remove the toolbar/menu bar and the scroll bar when I am in that form screen
How do I Set focus in a particular sequence with the command bottons?
How do I set a security password so I need it to close the form screen
