set option across all mail folders

Hi

just wanted to know if there is an option in O2K3 to standerdise the column
option across all folders like, INBOX, Deleted Items and any other user
created folders.

You can't set them all at once, but you can set them for a specific folder
view and then go to each folder and apply that view. See

detailed description of this process.
