Set task in Project to finish no earlier than 10 days after anoth.

I have a large task(not rolled-up) that will begin concurrently with a long
list of other tasks. The large task should end no sooner than 10 days
following the completion of the final task in the long list. Any ideas how I
can set this?

That's a finish to finish relationship with a 10 day lag time. It will
begin whenever it needs to in order to give it the required duration before
the ending.
