set up a fade in/out text in powerpoint presentation

I am setting up a powerpoint presentation. I want to set up a text area so
when the user slides the mouse over the picture, the name of the picture will
appear. I don't want to set up a caption box; I want the name of the picture
to appear on the screen, then disappear once the mouse moves.
