set up a table plan for a party of 200 people with 25 tables??

I need to set up a table plan for 200 people which will include 25 tables.
Can you suggest how to do this through publisher

I'd use Visio but.................Use drawing items. Circles for tables,
rectangles for chairs, various size dots for the people ;-)

Don't think this is a job for Pub. It would all be manual, may look good
but nothing automatic about it.

A database prog like Filemaker is better at ths sort of thing, it can be
made to draw a table plan and modify it just by changing the table
number of each person and then recalculting the table layout, easy.
