set up automatic e-mail response w/ word document&pictures

I would like to set up my outgoing e-mails to all my clients. When sending
outgoing e-mails I want to send all my businees info, with a picture & logo
of my company that I have created and I have gotten by e-mail as a document.
I have several ways but it won't let me set it up on my stationery.. After it
have done all options.
I click on options, then I click on the stationary, I browse & open my
document but it won't display on my out going e-mail.. Wether it is Outlook
Express Settings or Internet Explore/Hotmail/ on My e-mail account....
Can anyone help me to do it right .....
